Tejo is the sister of Geigi, lord of Kajiminda. She contracted with Dumaei, whose clan is unknown, and produced a son Baiji of that union.
When Geigi was appointed to the post of lord of the space station, Tejo was elevated to administer Kajiminda in his absence. Her health was poor and she died there not long after, which elevated her son Baiji to administrator.
Tejo's death from her illness has been called into question, due to information revealed in CONSPIRATOR.
